Dear All
At 5pm on the 11th December 2024 an email was received from GLL (Better) informing us that the Link Centre pool would be closed on a temporary basis from 6-31 January 2025. This is to finalise all the electrics and lighting following the flooding last year but will obviously impact County Championship dates. This change was unexpected and completely out of our control.
Following discussions today with the centre management we have reached the following agreement New dates:
1 February 2025 1-8 pm 3rd day of Age Groups (from 18 January)
2 February 2025 4-8pm 100IM and relays (from 1 February)
All other dates and venues remain unchanged. We hope that by resolving this situation promptly and with minimal changes to the programme that the Championships will be unaffected.
